- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We stayed in Washington Gardens for over 2 years. Very responsive and attentive leasing staffs and maintenance people. People living there are very friendly. The apartment by itself is very quiet. The sq.ft of 1 and 2 bedrooms is pretty big compared to other apartments I looked at. There is also a storage space for each apartments in 1st floor.The community is pretty decent for families and elder people to take a stroll in evenings.Highly recommend it, if you are working downtown and looking for an affordable stay. 31 stop is right up front of the apartment and a walkable distance to G31 and G2 stops.
